The 15 minutes prior to this video I was outside enjoying the weather, cleaning out my car, quietly enjoying the sound of the birds and at peace… then the Dixon door opened and hell was unleashed.  Not the cool kinda hell that Maximus unleashed, but the kind that drives you to stab yourself repeatedly in the ear just to make it stop.

As usual, iPhones make crappy recordings (and it doesn’t help that I have it bouncing all over … you may want to close your eyes for this one).

After nearly 40 minutes of this I called the police.

I’ve tried so very hard to just ignore the yapping. Very hard to tune out the ear piercing yipping that happens off and on at various times of the day or night.

This is the shorter video – after already getting about 20 minutes previously.

More yapping dogs – this time the garbage men show up. The sound sucks, but there they are… barking. Yap Yap Yap. Barking. Barking.

Today, I called the police. I have no idea if they showed. I have no idea if they spoke to her (she never answers the door).  But for an hour it was quiet.  They’re back at it again and I don’t have the energy to go record more.
